Building a Website That Works as Hard as They Do

Ultra Spray North East is a specialist uPVC spraying company covering the whole of the North East, helping homeowners and businesses transform kitchens, windows, doors, garage doors and more without the cost of replacing them.

Before working with Quality Quest Marketing, the business relied almost entirely on Facebook and local community groups to generate enquiries. While this had helped them build a customer base, they had no dedicated website for potential customers to learn about their services, view their work or find them through Google.

The Challenge

Without a website, Ultra Spray North East faced several limitations:

  • No professional online presence outside of social media.
  • Customers had to rely on Facebook to find information.
  • Limited opportunities to appear in Google search results.
  • No central place to showcase their services, coverage area and previous work.
  • Potential customers had fewer reasons to trust the business before making contact.

As the business continued to grow, it was clear they needed a website that reflected the quality of their workmanship.

Our Solution

We designed and built a modern, mobile-friendly website that gives Ultra Spray North East a professional online presence across the region.

The project included:

  • A bespoke website designed around their brand.
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO) to help improve visibility on Google.
  • Fast, secure website hosting.
  • Clear service pages explaining what they offer.
  • Contact forms to make it easy for customers to get in touch.
  • An image gallery showcasing the quality of their spraying work.
  • Location-focused content to support visibility across the North East.

The result is a website that gives potential customers confidence in the business before they even make their first enquiry.

The Outcome

Ultra Spray North East now has a professional website that supports the business beyond social media.

Instead of relying solely on Facebook, they now have a dedicated online presence where customers can:

  • Learn about their services.
  • View examples of previous projects.
  • Contact the business quickly and easily.
  • Find them through Google searches.
  • Feel confident they’re dealing with an established, professional company.

The website provides a strong foundation for continued online growth while supporting the excellent reputation they’ve already built through their workmanship.

Photography Website Speed Optimisation Case Study

Photography websites naturally contain lots of large, high-resolution images. While these images showcase a photographer’s work beautifully, they can also create significant performance problems if they aren’t properly optimised.

When this client approached Quality Quest Marketing, their website looked great visually but was struggling behind the scenes. Slow loading pages, technical Lighthouse issues and inefficient hosting were all affecting the website’s overall performance.

The Challenge

A local photographer had a beautiful website filled with high-quality portfolio images, but the large image files and technical issues meant the site was slow to load and scored poorly in Google Lighthouse.

What We Did

We migrated the website onto our high-performance hosting platform before carrying out a full technical optimisation, including:

Website migration with zero downtime
Image and performance optimisation
Core Web Vitals improvements
Accessibility fixes
Best Practice improvements
SEO technical enhancements

The Results

📈 Performance: 55 → 92

📈 Accessibility: 74 → 90

📈 Best Practices: 56 → 100

📈 SEO: 92 → 100

The result was a significantly faster website that provides a better experience for visitors while also improving technical SEO and Google’s overall assessment of the site.

From Brand New Takeaway Business to Over £35,000 in Direct Online Sales

When Smash & Dough opened its doors in Washington, Sunderland, they needed more than just a website, they needed a complete online ordering solution that would help them launch successfully from day one.

We designed and developed a bespoke website with an integrated online ordering system, connected directly to their in-store printer through their POS system, allowing orders to be received instantly without relying solely on third-party delivery platforms.

Alongside the website, we supplied reliable hosting and designed, printed and installed the shop’s external signage to help establish a strong local presence.

Since launching on 28th April 2026, the website has generated:

  • Over £35,000.00 in direct online sales
  • 1,875 website orders
  • 375 returning customers
  • Highest single-day sales of £1,113

Most importantly, the business owns its customer relationships while reducing commission costs typically associated with third-party delivery platforms.

Looking to launch or grow your takeaway? We’d love to help.
